Annalise, I'm so sorry you had to experience your mom in that way, but as a daughter who had an abusive narcissistic mother, I totally understand.

As an only child I had to take care of her 4 years through her illness, alone. I probably didn't grieve much at all and honestly, I was relieved. I've since forgiven, but it's hard to forget. I've written through my pain. It's cathartic. Be blessed.🙏🏽
