As an only child I'm comfortable with silence and stillness. Oftentimes, I crave it when there's too much stimulation. Sitting still in a meditative state gets my creative juices flowing especially in nature.

Contrary to popular belief, it's been proven, multi tasking isn't good for our brains, yet we continue to overload our senses in a world that tells us more productivity is the key to happiness and success.

Thanks for the reminder that sitting still is a gateway to creativity. 🤗
