Awesome analogy, George. Successful Sales teams thrive on diverse talents. I've had bosses who thought Sales was a one way, only way concept. Not so. What works for one sales professional may not work for another. All have unique talents to bring to the table. Success depends on appreciating all and knowing how to utilize each to an organization's benefit. Very much like baseball. 😉
