Because men have the luxury of never having to grow up! Women are always taking care of them from the womb to the grave. It will only change if mother's teach children from the time they're able to talk, it's an equal household with everyone pitching in.

Start now if you have a male toddler so it's not foreign to him when he reaches a certain age. That's my two cents. ;-)

I didn't do it as a stay at home mom and boy did I pay the price later when I returned to the workforce!
