Definitely not exactly. Men aren't wired to reciprocate in the same way women do because their brains function differently. Just as no two people can love each other the exact same way.

I do think some men are inherently selfish in that they think their needs should be given priority in a relationship which probably stems from childhood gender socialization and possibly a mother who gave into their every whim. Just my two cents. 😉
