Donette, I love the messages in this piece. We shouldn't make the elderly feel they have no more to offer. American society is unkind in this arena, we have work to do.

Living in the present is the only way to beat fear of the future. I admit, aging scares me too sometimes but gratitude for now and the blessings it contains far outweigh living in a future we can't predict. Wishing you many happy years beyond your imagination. 😉
