Enjoyable read Bebe. Last summer I witnessed a neighbor almost running down another with his car after a verbal outburst in the middle of the night. He had become unhinged and acting weird for a week. Then I think he was arrested and taken to the hospital. We think he was bipolar or had a breakdown after losing his job during the pandemic, but that's just speculation.
