Every citizen should be deeply concerned about their freedoms. Amongst all the policies that would undermine any progress we’ve made the dismantling of the Department of Education is among the most worrisome. Poor people and POC would suffer the most as usual. American intelligence is already diminishing, these politics will ensure a decline in diverse perspectives and critical thinking skills.
