Human curators bring their own biases, opinions, and tastes to their judgement. While I'm proud to say I have 14 boosts, I've never once thought about getting boosted when I wrote those pieces.

Did I ever think a few of my pieces should have been boosted? Yes, but I think it's all a toss up anyway. So I always go back to the drawing board with fresh eyes. 😉
