Exactly. When I first became a director, I remember asking around about why we didn't see many of us in the industry especially in management. I was told Blacks had moved on from service industries because they weren't interested in cleaning up after folks anymore and immigrants had taken their place.

But that doesn't really address the low numbers in management. Believe me, it's the biggest good ole boy network in the world.
