Exactly! While I never thought of it this way, I can appreciate the vulnerability it takes to admit a failure. It's refreshing and gives a glimpse into the real person who isn't afraid to show their flaws.

Brilliant! I love this approach. Its gets you ahead of the question, "tell me about your weaknesses or a time when you failed." This way, it's upfront and shows your strength is in accepting your weaknesses. Boom! 🤗
