George, this post is so eloquently stated. I feel every word especially as a Black professional woman. I must err on the side of caution when I'm affected by an ignorant comment or disagree with someone in my work environment or even with clients.

Contrary to popular belief, customers are not always right.

Attitude is the first thing out of someone's mouth if we express our opinion, which burns my insides. We must swallow so much to be considered human. How far we haven't come. 😏Thanks for baring our souls.
