How LATRYGUY Got More Than He Bargained for at the Heart Attack Grill
A testament to a diet that kills
The hubby was channel surfing when he landed on popular Alex Cottrell, AKA LATRYGUY’s YouTube channel. He’s a transplant from Arkansas who quit his sales job a couple of years ago in Hollywood to become a food critic. Ahem, a hood food critic.
He started in LA, expanded to other big cities. With loads of charisma, he travels city to city to taste test what the streets promise is a can’t miss as a foodie.
Fast food is his main genre; soul food, barbeque, burgers, tacos, fried chicken, pastrami sandwiches, Asian to Brazilian cuisine — anything known to spike cholesterol levels.
He’s fun to watch, especially if you live or have lived in LA and know the locations of these eating joints. His cousin, couso, joins in as his cameraman, big sidekick, and taster. I’m on the late freight as I’ve never heard of this place before.
