I agree. You'd be surprised how many professional Sales trainers and consultants advise their classes to do every one of the things you said not to do.

I've always thought it ridiculous to send someone you don't know and that doesn't know you a video presentation or sales collateral for a product they haven't expressed any interest in and there's been no research as to how they might need the product or service. Thank you for sharing.
