I think it's vital in every relationship from childhood to adulthood, but especially in teachers as they spend so much time with our children.

I can only hope empathy is ingrained in our teachers naturally, as it is the key to unlocking an understanding of different learning styles while creating strategies for success based on those findings. You're doing great work, Katherine!🤗
