I would have taken the pic, but I do believe in saying no when I'm being asked something I don't want to do.

He was the jerk for his response. I'm sure she's glad she said no. On second thought, who interrupts a total stranger's meal to ask if they would take a picture? That was rude to begin with so he was consistent in character. UGH.
