Interesting that no one makes the connection between the foods we ingest to obesity and heart disease. The one thing we all have in common is that everyone eats. Death begins in the colon. Until the eliminative process is addressed, sickness will always prevail. Simply stated, if you eat three meals a day and only eliminate once a day or if you go days without eliminating at all, you’re storing waste in the intestinal system — the world’s most sophisticated garbage disposal.
Weight is waste. Eventually, toxins from the stored waste will leak into the blood stream and circulate throughout the body causing disease. Then we hand our health over to a medical professional who prescribes medication to mask symptoms. Take two or more medications that interact with each other and create a host of other health problems. We need to take responsibility for our own health and that begins at your dining table and should end in the toilet after each meal.
