Interesting, valuable information, George! I had an interviewer (GM) hand me a pencil and ask me how I would sell it. In my mind, I was like, really?

Especially since my track record spoke for itself in the reports generated by the Convention and Visitors' Bureau he received each month and sat on our board.

Thank goodness I didn't get the job! 😄😂The guy was a nutcase.

In all seriousness, I can see these psychological techniques playing out in an interview. I lean towards steering a natural conversation.

There's a lot the interviewee can tell from their interview, too. Whether or not they'd want to work with the person doing the interview.😉 I think it goes both ways.
