Listening to another's POV is essential in confiict resolution and having the maturity to know we can agree to disagree.

Oftentimes, we're saying or seeing the same thing in different ways which is not about right or wrong. It's about walking in someone else's shoes to know how they come to their conclusions.

If our conflicts are worked through with empathy, both parties are rewarded with personal growth. Thank you for reminding us how to effectively deal with any perceived conflict or difference of opinion.
