Love this, Shereen. Thought provoking. I think the highest honor is respecting ourselves so our reservoir never runs dry. When others disrespect us, it helps to realize more than likely, their disrespect has nothing to do with us. We can still express our disappointment in a way that doesn't decrease our own self respect. Actions speak louder than words.
