My RR stays in the range of 30%-60%. I've noticed a drop, but I don't concern myself with stats so much. I enjoy the engagement and overall experience of Medium and look at it as a stepping stone. I'd be crazy to think it's the "be-all, end-all." Thanks for sharing, Yana. Great insights.
