Networking is definitely about relationships. When I started my career in Hospitality sales, it was frightening. Hundreds of people in a room talking a mile a minute. I've never been one for small talk so it was awkward in the beginnning. I've since learned how to navigate my way gracefully. You're right, people love to talk about themselves, it's amazing what you can learn if you listen and more importantly glean from observing their actions. Great tips as usual, George!
