SMH! Is it not the judge's fundamental job to ensure the platform rules were followed first and foremost? How does this differ from the hypocrisy of American politics and every other grand stage where the rules are bent for a selected few?! Some people have to follow the rules and other's don't? What would have been so difficult for Medium to say to the author, "this is a great essay but you'll need to credit your image source to be in compliance with the rules." Simple. We would have never known. Hmmm, there's a thought. Perhaps controversy is even more profitable.😏
