These are all natural concerns as we age. No one wants to be a burden.

I don't think your aunt's expectations are unreasonable at all. She's only asking for human connection from those she loves the most. If they each called her once a week, she'd have a week's worth of love to reflect upon. My heart goes out to her. I hope your cousins see the light soon, before it's too late.
