IMHO, while it makes perfect sense to enter a relationship knowing the other person's habits, thoughts about certain areas of importance for each, etc., it sounds more like a business arrangement. If the time is well spent getting to know each other by communicating, it seems this wouldn't be necessary. Where's the fun factor?
