This is so true.

She explains how drinking is ingrained in our subconscious from a very young age. This book really opened my eyes to the role that alcohol plays in our culture, all the marketing is done by big alcohol, and how the stigma and shame surrounding alcoholism keeps many from getting sober.

This is so true. You can't watch any TV show without someone drinking alcohol and it's always promoted in a scene where people are relaxing, eating, and having fun.
