Wow, it's 10 times more hurtful when it happens to a child. I certainly would have asked the name of the person who ignored you both and wrote a scathing letter to the store manager or better yet the corporate office.

The bottom line is they lost a sale based on their employee's horrible customer service and attitude. I'm sorry you had to witness this behaviour with your child.
